From there, travelling by car, His Eminence arrived at Institute of Gandhi Studies, Wardha district, Maharastra State, where His Eminence was accorded a revered welcome by the Institute\u2019s director Shri Bharat Mahodya and others.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/samdhongrinpoche.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/g-and-k1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2233\" src=\"https:\/\/samdhongrinpoche.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/g-and-k1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samdhongrinpoche.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/g-and-k1.jpg 960w, https:\/\/samdhongrinpoche.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/g-and-k1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/samdhongrinpoche.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/g-and-k1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/samdhongrinpoche.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/g-and-k1-700x525.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>In the morning of 17 November 2019<\/strong>, His Eminence Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche graced the last day of the three-day gathering of friends, under the theme, \u201cMitra Milan\u201d (\u201cGathering of Friends\u201d), at Pawnar Ashram, and gave a talk on the occasion. This was a part of programmes of 125<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary of the birth of Acharya Vinoba Bhave; also, 15 November is the day of passing away of Acharya Vinoba Bhave. Pawnar Ashram was founded by Acharya Vinoba Bhave and it was where Acharya mainly stayed during the latter part of his life.
