June 28, 2015 This morning, Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche attended, as the Chief Guest, the launch of the periodical Kunchoe (kun-spyod; Behaviour, Manners) at Kirti Benevolent Peace Hall, Dharamsala. The event began with Rinpoche lighting a ceremonial butter-lamp and then formally launching the periodical.
June 23, 2015 This morning Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche attended, as the Chief Guest, the inauguration of an extensive dialectical meet of the boarding and day schools, at the Dekyi Tsering hall of Tibetan Children’s Village School (Upper), Dharamsala. The event was organised by the Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration.
At the request of Sera Je Secondary School (of Sera Je Monastery), southern India, Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche travelled to the school, from Drepung Monastery, arriving there at around midday of June 13, 2015.
