A Visit to Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies

In the afternoon of 12 September 2022, Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche visited Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies, and gave a guidance talk. His Eminence Rinpoche also observed the present temporary structure of the university. The university is situated near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. His Eminence Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche is Chancellor of this university.

The same afternoon, Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche observed the new construction developments of the university. The university’s Vice Chancellor, Registrar and others were present at that time.

In the afternoon of 13 September 2022, His Eminence Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche attended the Executive Council meeting of the Sanchi University, at Vallabh Bhawan, Ministry, Bhopal, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Among the gathered members of the Executive Council were the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Experts, Principal Secretaries of the state government of Madhya Pradesh, and others.

In the evening of 13 September 2022, Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche attended the General Council meeting of the Sanchi University, at Vallabh Bhawan, Ministry, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The General Council’s Chairman is Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh; Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche, Chancellor, is the Vice-Chairman; and among the members are ministers, principal secretaries of the state government, experts, and others.
