A guidance talk at Kirti Monastery Conference
On 7 December 2019, His Holiness the Dalai Lama inaugurated the three-day conference on ‘Growth of Dharma-Holders—Ordained, Male and Female, the Young’, organised jointly by Kirti Getsa Charitable Society and Kirti Monastery-in-exile, and convened at the Kirti Monastery, Dharamshala, in commemorating the 600th Anniversary of the Mahaparinirvana of Jey Tsongkhapa. His Holiness gave a talk on the occasion.
His Eminence Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche opened the actual conference with a guidance talk on the theme and the objectives of the conference. Many scholars from the major seat monasteries and other monastic institutions attended the talks.
